Accident Occurred on the Ramp
The Chester County semi truck accident involved an Amazon tractor-trailer, packed with products. Police said the incident happened at about 10:30am on the ramp from I-76 eastbound to Route 100. Helicopters from news teams showed images of the truck, with its Amazon logos on the side of the road, lying on its side.
Police said that one person was taken to the hospital, presumably the driver of the truck. It is not known what the condition of that driver is. The accident caused the ramp shutdown for several hours while police worked to clear the scene and document the incident.
