Associate N. Michael Abed
Michael Abed is an Associate at Kwartler Manus with significant courtroom experience handling complex negligence and product liability matters. He has tried cases in both federal and state courts and has litigated matters from inception through appeal. His experience includes cases involving fatalities, electrocutions, catastrophic burns, amputations, degloving injuries, and other serious injuries.
Mr. Abed has helped recover multiple millions of dollars for clients. He is known for his attention to detail, strategic approach to litigation, and effective use of industry and professional experts to obtain the best possible outcomes for his clients.
Mr. Abed is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, California, and Maryland. He earned his bachelor’s degree in history from the University of California, Irvine, and his J.D. from Loyola Law School.
Before joining Kwartler Manus, Mr. Abed practiced at multiple nationally recognized law firms, representing both injured individuals and national insurance carriers; experience that gives him insight into how cases are evaluated, defended, and resolved.
Outside the office, Mr. Abed enjoys spending time with his family, navigating new fatherhood, and building model rockets and drones.
