Motorcycle Accidents Happen for Many Reasons
Motorcycles are harder to see on the roadway than larger, bulky vehicles. At an intersection, it is very common for drivers to strike motorcycle riders if they are not paying attention to the rider moving through the intersection. In some cases, drivers are distracted or fail to gauge the motorcycle rider's speed.
In an accident like this, police will gather evidence from the scene, including any video footage of what occurred. They will then use this information to determine who is at fault.
