Investigating the Accident
Police are investigating what happened and looking for the public’s help to gain additional information. Initial reports indicate the juvenile was operating a Ridstar Q20 e-bike when a Honda Accord struck them. The driver stopped at the scene and was not hurt. The driver is also a juvenile.
Investigators closed down the road between Old Church Road and Cardinal Way to gather more information. It is not clear who caused the accident. Police had yet to determine if charges were applicable.
