A person on an electric bike was struck by a black 2015 Chrysler 300. Details indicate the accident happened at the intersection of 58th Street and Pine Street at about 2:16 pm. The car was traveling eastbound on Pine Street when the incident occurred. Police report that the driver had a green light at the time.
