The driver was inside that vehicle. A Bucks County car accident lawyer from Kwartler Manus can guide you through the legal process.
Determining Who Is At Fault
Police continue to investigate to determine fault. They reported the Honda was stopped in the northbound lane at the time of the accident. It was trying to make a left turn into the landscaping business. At that time, a Jeep Cherokee traveling in the same direction failed to stop. The driver entered the southbound lane just as the Odyssey began to turn. That is what caused the collision. One person in the Jeep lost their life, and four others were transported to area hospitals. Police are still seeking additional information about the cause of the accident.
