Driver Fled the Scene
The wreck happened on the 2500 block of River Avenue in the Cramer Hill section of the city. After the crash with the dirt bike rider, the ATV driver fled the scene. Police found that person later and charged them with leaving the scene of a fatal motor vehicle crash. They were also charged with receiving stolen property.
The victim was taken to an area hospital with critical injuries. They died at 8:45 pm at the hospital.
