The Bucks County emergency dispatch indicated that the initial crash occurred in the southbound lanes on Route 309 at about 7:36 pm. A fire was called in at the same location at 7:06 am. When police arrived, they found the crash located at milepost 20 between Bethlehem Pike and Fairhill Road. They also found the vehicle to be on the side of the roadway.
