Accidents at Intersections Can Be Challenging
When an accident occurs at an intersection, fault typically comes down to determining who had the right of way. In some situations, police will determine this based on just the forensics at the scene along with witness statements. Other times, the process takes additional time and research that includes researching traffic cameras, gathering surveillance from the surrounding area, and using accident reconstruction services.
Those hurt in an accident like this may be able to help their case by taking photos of the accident scene and recording any details they can remember right away. Working with an attorney can also help.
