A Sunday evening accident in Chester Township resulted in two people with injuries. Rescuers were sent to the area near the intersection of Concord Road and McDonald Boulevard in response to a report of a person trapped in a vehicle. When they arrived, they did not find anyone trapped.
What they did find was an accident in which a Jeep hit a sedan in a partially head-on collision. The event happened around 8 pm. The fire departments of Chester and Aston townships responded to the scene and cleared the scene of damage. It took about an hour for the roadway to be cleared and reopened. Two people were taken to the hospital with unknown injuries.

Head-on Collision Risks
A head-on collision is one of the most dangerous of all accidents. Most often, they occur at high speeds when a driver's distraction or loss of focus causes them to drift out of their lane, striking the other car. These accidents cause serious injuries, including traumatic brain injuries, whiplash, and spinal cord damage. In some situations, victims suffer catastrophic losses, including loss of mobility, loss of vision, or loss of life.
Because of the severity of injuries in head-on collisions, it is imperative that victims seek legal support before filing a claim. An attorney minimizes the risk that you do not get the compensation you deserve.
