Striking Farm Machinery
Some pieces of farm machinery, including large farm combines, can be serious road hazards. These vehicles tend to move very slowly, and even when they are traveling at a higher speed, there is a risk of a driver passing and clipping the equipment.
In these situations, it becomes critical to conduct a full investigation. This investigation should examine factors such as whether there was a warning about the machinery and what the driver was doing at the time of the incident.
