A motorcycle rider lost their life in a traffic accident on Christmas Eve in Atlantic County in South Jersey. According to initial reports, the rider was heading northbound on Route 73 near milepost 3.5 in Folsom Borough. That is when it collided with an Audi that was heading southbound.
State Police were investigating the accident. They believe the Audi driver was attempting to make a left turn and entered the northbound lanes. That is when the motorcycle struck the vehicle. The rider was thrown from the motorcycle. The motorcycle was then struck on the northbound side by a pickup truck that was right behind the Audi. The occupants in the pickup truck and Audi suffered minor injuries.
