Proving Fault in a Head-on Collision

Collisions often occur as a result of distraction, failure to yield the right of way, aggressive driving, or reckless driving. Impairment and fatigue can also be factors. In all situations, it is critical that a full investigation takes place. That could include the use of witness statements, accident reconstruction, and locating any surveillance cameras that show what occurred.

Demonstrating fault matters. It helps to determine who is responsible for paying for the losses the other incurred. For victims in a serious injury requiring medical care at a hospital, hiring an attorney could prove essential in building a robust claim backed by evidence.
