Determining Fault in an Accident with Multiple Vehicles

Accidents involving more than one vehicle can prove challenging to investigate. Police will speak to each of the drivers and passengers involved. They will pull video from nearby surveillance cameras if available, speak to witnesses, and use debris to clarify what occurred. If you are involved in an accident like this, it’s essential that you have clarity on fault.
