Millville Man Struck by Car in Fairfield Township

At around 10:30 a.m. on a recent morning, a pedestrian entered the roadway on Route 553 South in Fairfield Township. That is when a Volkswagen passenger vehicle struck the pedestrian. New Jersey police are investigating to gather more information about why the driver failed to stop and where the person in the road was in a crosswalk.
