Williamstown Crash Details

The accident this week in Williamstown began with a dirt bike hitting an SUV. When the driver of the SUV was out of their vehicle helping the dirt bike rider, a third vehicle struck both victims.

Coles Mill Road in Williamstown was the scene of both accidents on Wednesday, March 6th.

The driver of the SUV was backing out of a driveway on Coles Mill Road when it was struck by an unregistered dirt bike.

The Monroe Township Police Department said that the dirt bike rider was not wearing a helmet and was thrown from the bike. While the two men were in the street, a Toyota Prius hit them. Both victims hit by the Prius were transported to Cooper University Hospital in Camden with serious injuries from the car accident.

The investigation into the crash is ongoing and as of yet, no charges have been filed against any of the drivers involved. Police said that charges could be filed depending on the outcome of the investigation.
