Who Is Responsible When Your Child Suffers Injuries as a Teen
Car accidents involving teenagers are not uncommon. For those hurt in an accident like this, seeking legal action is an option. That may include pursuing a claim against the driver’s liability insurance. In situations where that is not possible or does not yield the damages suffered, seeking a lawsuit against the individual at fault could be an option. The death of the driver can complicate this process.
