News reports shared a terrifying video of a speeding SUV that struck a mother and two children in front of a daycare center. The incident took place in Freehold Township.
The video shows a silver SUV speeding through the parking lot as a woman and two children exit the building at around 3 p.m. The vehicle launches over the sidewalk and stairs, seemingly bouncing off a nearby pillar. The mother is seen trying to get the children out of the way, but the car struck one of the children, causing them to fall to the ground before it clips the other two people.

Fighting Back Against DWI Drivers
When a person is under the influence of drugs or alcohol, they lack the ability to properly control a vehicle. This often leads to mistakes in perception, speed, and steering. In this case, it is fortunate that the individuals did not sustain more serious injuries. Yet, they have the right to be angry and to fight to recover damages.
