Legal Rights After an Accident
If you are hurt in an accident like this, where the police are involved in pulling over another vehicle that strikes you, take the same steps that you would in any other accident. Move out of the way of harm and call 911 for immediate help. If you can check on others, do so, but in all cases, document the accident and injuries you have with photos. That helps you build your claim over time.
