A SEPTA Broad Street Line train reportedly struck and killed a pedestrian in Philadelphia’s Center City area. The accident occurred on Thursday at the Race-Vine Station on the 300 block of North Broad Street at about 5 a.m.. Very little insight was provided on why the incident occurred.
