A multi-vehicle crash occurred in the Hunting Park section of Philadelphia on a Wednesday morning. According to police reports, a total of seven vehicles were involved in the chain-reaction car accident. It all happened on Roberts Avenue near Wissahickon.
Police are investigating. Initial news reports shared that one of the vehicles lost control due to the poor road conditions, reporting that the area of the road was icy. One of the drivers involved said they came across the hill when the car behind them was screeching tires. It took moments for the driver to swerve, hit a curve, before popping up onto the curb. After that, one vehicle after another struck the vehicles in front of them.
Even though numerous vehicles suffered significant damage, no one was reportedly injured in the accident.
