Vehicle Fires and Responsibility

In an accident like this, with complicated factors, the police will investigate to determine who caused the accident, holding that person accountable for the damages others suffered. However, in some cases, it may be necessary to gather additional information, including determining why the vehicle caught fire. In situations where the fire occurred as a result of a product or manufacturing error, a product liability claim may be applicable.
