Give Kwartler Manus a phone call at (267) 457-5570

Police and rescue crews were dispatched to the area of Exit 10A Southbound after receiving a call about an accident. They arrived to find a car carrier had overturned on the exit ramp, requiring significant support from responders to right the vehicle and clear the scene. There were no reported injuries in the case, but the New Jersey State Police continue to investigate to find out what occurred.

Accidents involving commercial vehicles like this can occur for many reasons, including driver inexperience, bad road conditions, distraction, or poor vehicle maintenance. When they do occur, it becomes critical for victims, especially if another vehicle is struck, to seek legal guidance to protect their rights to compensation.

It Took Hours to Upright the Vehicles

It took several rescue teams to right the vehicles and a full two hours of time to do so. Rescue 938 and Engine Squad 88 responded to the call. There was no insight into what could have caused the accident to occur, including how the vehicle flipped.

Car accidents involving overturned cars, including commercial vehicles, can occur due to the rate of speed, inexperience when rounding corners, or numerous other factors. If this vehicle had struck another car, that could have caused serious injuries to victims and potentially fatal losses.
