Police are investigating the accident to determine who is at fault, though they did not believe alcohol or drugs were factors. They are encouraging the public to come forward if they have any information about what took place.

What to Do When Your Family Member Loses Their Life

When your family member dies as a result of another person’s negligence, you have every right to be angry and to want to take legal action. Motorcycle riders are often faced with serious injuries and fatalities when they are struck by a car, especially a large vehicle. Victim families should seek a wrongful death lawyer to represent them and the estate in these affairs and not assume the insurance company will provide fair compensation without a clear indication of losses. Your lawyer will build a claim and fight for justice.
