State police state that the driver of an Acura MDX vehicle with five passengers lost control of the vehicle. That caused the car to veer off the road, down the embankment, and into a tree. The force involved led to four occupants being ejected. Two of those individuals lost their lives. The other two occupants sustained serious injuries, while another had moderate injuries.

Rescuers took all parties to the hospital. The accident was still being investigated at the time of the news release.

Getting Answers for Families

No information was initially released about the relationship each of the victims had with the driver. However, in situations where multiple deaths are occurring and the potential of numerous families being involved is high, it is critical for each family to seek a lawyer to fight for their loved one. This includes investigating the ultimate cause of the accident so that those responsible can be held accountable.

Getting justice for a loved one who lost their life is critical, and not easy to do. Our wrongful death attorneys at Kwarlter Manus work closely with survivors and those families that lose a loved one to the negligence of others to get answers and justice.
