Two people were taken to the hospital after an early-morning crash today in Whitehall Township, Lehigh County, according to a news report. What Happened in the Whitehall Township Accident?

According to reports, the crash occurred around 2:30 a.m. on Monday. It led to the partial closure of 3rd Street. Two people were transported to a local hospital with minor injuries. A utility pole was knocked down in the crash, which caused 3rd Street to close between Park and Quarry. PPL crews needed until 9:30 Monday morning to replace the broken utility pole.

Police did not specify how many vehicles were involved in the accident or whether any charges would be filed against the driver(s) involved.
