Three Hurt in Two Car Accident in Camden County

A serious car accident involving two vehicles in Camden County, NJ, resulted in three people needing to be airlifted to the hospital. The accident took place on Jackson Road near Ashland Avenue in Waterford Township at around 4:22 p.m.

That is when police say a car traveling eastbound on Jackson Road left the road for some reason, struck a utility pole, and rolled onto its side. A second vehicle traveling east on the roadway drove off the road and stopped in the woods. It is not clear what caused both cars to veer off the roadway.

Rescuers worked to support the individuals involved, including both drivers and a passenger, before they needed to be airlifted to a hospital with serious injuries. One car had significant front-end damage while the other was on its side when the Waterford Township Police Department arrived at the scene.

Several people stopped to help. Police continue to investigate what caused the drivers to go off the road. There was no immediate report on the condition of those involved.

Proving Your Losses After a Serious Accident

In an accident like this, it may seem like neither driver caused the damage to the other. We cannot be sure of what occurred. However, it is possible that one driver’s actions, distractions, or other reckless behavior caused both drivers to swerve to avoid striking each other, causing an accident. In cases like this, having an attorney to build your claim and case is essential.
