Uncovering Fault Is Not Simple
An accident on a college campus can seem like a simple claim. The driver fell asleep, was intoxicated, or was driving recklessly and lost control. That is not always the case. A full investigation could reveal a concern with visibility, mechanical failures in the vehicle, or other vehicles causing the accident to occur. When you are the victim, you want to know all of the facts to make sure the right people pay for your losses.
