Pedestrian Accidents at Night

Pedestrians are often at risk when walking at night. It is harder for drivers to see pedestrians, which is especially true in cases where the driver may be tired or intoxicated at the time. Pedestrians are likely to suffer serious injuries in these accidents, often stemming from the impact of the vehicle. Pedestrians often have the right of way, especially when they are crossing in a crosswalk. Yet, it is not always easy for drivers to see pedestrians late at night.

For the victim, getting to the bottom of who is at fault is critically important. You need to prove that the at-fault party should pay for your losses.
