What Families of Victims Can Do

If you lose a close family member in an accident like this, seek legal guidance right away. Wrongful death claims are complex, and insurance companies know just how expensive they can be. They work overtime to limit your right to compensation. When you hire an attorney, you have a better ability to get fair compensation for your losses and justice for the person who lost their life.

In a hit and run case, it can seem impossible to move forward. However, your lawyer can help to investigate the incident and find evidence to support the recovery of the at-fault party’s identity. You may also be able to file a claim with the victim’s uninsured motorist coverage, if they purchased a police.

At Kwartler Manus, our wrongful death attorneys have the experience necessary to handle the intensity and challenges of a hit and run accident case. Call us now for a free consultation
