Could a Manufacturer Mistake Cause the Death of a Driver?

In an accident in which a family member loses their life, it can be incredibly hard to know what to do to get justice. In a case like this, it may be beneficial to find out why the vehicle lost directional control. A repair made by a technician or a manufacturing defect could have contributed to the incident. In those cases, it may be possible to pursue legal action against the manufacturer or other responsible party.
