Uncovering Fault in a Multi-Car Accident

Accidents involving several vehicles often become challenging to investigate. Police will begin the process, and insurance companies may offer their own insight. However, if you are a victim in an accident like this, having your own attorney is vital to protecting your financial future.

If you have injuries, lost time at work, and pain from the incident, you have the right to fair compensation from the at-fault party’s insurance. Proving your case means gathering evidence from multiple sources, including police reports, witness statements, photos, and video from the accident, and accident reconstruction. A comprehensive investigation leads to accuracy in filing a claim.
