The Difference In Criminal and Civil Charges

In an accident like this, the police will arrest the driver and charge them with their actions. However, criminal charges do not help victims get results. If you are hurt in an accident like this, filing a claim for civil damages against the at-fault party could make an incredible difference in the outcome of your case.
