How Did a Car Wind Up on the Front Lawn?

The accident this afternoon occurred at the intersection of Levick and Loretto Streets in the Oxford Circle section of Philadelphia. The video from Chopper 3 showed a vehicle on its side on the front lawn of a rowhome and then being dragged back into the street by a tow truck.

We are unsure of any injuries in the crash or how the vehicle wound up on its side on the front lawn of the Oxford Circle home.
