82 Year Old Killed in Tesla Accident

According to police, an 82-year-old man lost his life on a recent Sunday after a Tesla vehicle failed to stop. The incident took place just before 7 p.m. State troopers were called to the scene of an accident on County Route 671 at Chestnut Avenue. According to reports, a Tesla Model 3 vehicle failed to stop at a stop sign. The vehicle continued through the intersection, where it struck a Honda Civic that was making a left turn.

New Jersey State Police stated that the driver of the Civic lost their life in the accident. The driver and three passengers in the Tesla suffered moderate injuries and were taken to an area hospital. There was no update about the cause of the accident.
