309 Closed Due to Three-Vehicle Crash

Car and truck accidents happen for many reasons, but sometimes, police are unsure of what caused them. On a recent Tuesday morning, police were called to the scene of an accident on Route 309 in Lehigh County near Passer Road. They found that a dump truck and a semi-truck were involved in a three-vehicle crash.

In all truck accidents, seeking the help of an attorney becomes critical to proving your right to compensation. In cases where there are three, not just two, vehicles involved, it is quite common for there to be multiple potential reasons for the crash, and insurance companies will fight over who is responsible. Having a truck accident lawyer of your own helps safeguard your rights.

No Injuries in This Case

Though limited information was initially released about the three-vehicle pile-up, Upper Saucon Fire noted that no injuries were initially reported. The area was closed down for some time as police worked to clear the scene and gather evidence.

When you are hurt in a truck accident, the risk of serious losses is high. It is also much more challenging to get insurance companies to agree to a fair settlement because so much is often on the line.

For any instance involving a truck accident, seek the help of a local truck accident lawyer, such as one from our team at Kwartler Manus. We offer free consultations to get the conversation started, so you know what all of your rights are.
