Motor Vehicle and Scooter Accidents

With the increasing access to electric scooters, it is likely that drivers will need to be more observant as they navigate and share roadways with often younger operators. Electric scooters typically must follow the same rules regarding the right of way as any bike rider or motorcycle operator, according to traffic laws. That includes not operating on the sidewalk and traveling with the flow of traffic.
