What Makes Intersection Accidents Complex

This is certainly a case the police will investigate to determine who was at fault. However, there are often significant factors that could limit the right assignment of fault. Factors such as faulty lights, poor visibility at the intersection, distracted drivers, or speeding could all play a role in what caused this incident.

When you are in an accident involving another driver, and there is any question of who is at fault, hire a car accident lawyer. Your lawyer will use extensive research, expert testimony, and accident reconstruction tools to determine who was at fault and then seek compensation for you fairly.
