2 Car Accident in Buckingham Township

Rescue crews were called to the scene of a two-car crash that left one driver pinned in the vehicle. The accident happened in Buckingham Township, PA, at the intersection of Holicong and New roads. One of the vehicles snapped a utility pole as it rolled to its side.

When crews arrived, they found one vehicle on its side and the driver trapped within it. They had to remove the vehicle’s windshield to extricate the driver. That driver was transferred by Central Bucks Emergency Medical Services to the hospital. There was no immediate update about the other driver, though photos from the accident show the vehicle was a black pickup truck.

Determining the Cause of Intersection Accidents

All accidents deserve full investigations to determine what happened and who caused the incident. In this case, police have not yet released any information about the potential cause. Intersection accidents like this sometimes come down to what each driver says happened, because proving who had the right of way can be challenging. Police will use forensics, witness statements, and potentially vehicle logs to determine who was to blame.

Sometimes they do not have all of the information, and they may make the wrong decision on who is at fault. In all cases, when there are serious injuries like this, it pays to hire your own attorney to represent you in recovering damages.

At Kwartler Manus, LLC, our legal team is always here for you, ready to provide you with the resources you need to prove your right to compensation.
