The Common Causes of Intersection Accidents
Intersections are always risky, even when you believe you have the right of way. Some of the most common reasons accidents happen here are due to distraction, with one driver not paying attention to the road by using their phone, adjusting the radio, or even eating while behind the wheel. Other times, speed and reckless driving can play a role in the cause of the accident. A driver trying to beat the light could easily crash into others.
Police will investigate the accident thoroughly to determine fault. For all parties, it is beneficial to seek your own attorney to represent you and your interests.
