Proving Your Losses After a Serious Accident
In an accident like this, it may seem like neither driver caused the damage to the other. We cannot be sure of what occurred. However, it is possible that one driver’s actions, distractions, or other reckless behavior caused both drivers to swerve to avoid striking each other, causing an accident. In cases like this, having an attorney to build your claim and case is essential.
