Proving Wrongful Death in a Pedestrian Accident

When a person loses their life as a pedestrian, it can be challenging for family members to know what steps to take to recover full damages. Victim families benefit from seeking the help of a wrongful death attorney.

Your attorney will gather all evidence in the case, determine if anyone beyond the driver was also at fault, and then seek a claim against the at-fault party’s insurance for maximum compensation. There is no simple way to take these steps, but driver insurance companies will work aggressively to minimize compensation.
