Seeking Financial Compensation for Losses
After a car accident, victims have the right to pursue financial compensation from the at-fault party for any losses they can demonstrate. This may include medical expenses from the accident as well as during recovery. It may also include lost wages from missed work time, loss of earning capacity, pain and suffering, and other financial, physical, and emotional losses.
