Details of the Road Rage Hit-and-Run Incident in Gloucester Township
According to a news report, Robert Frisby was driving along Route 42 to pick his son up for work around 10 am when another driver began driving erratically. Mr. Frisby said that a driver in a Jeep tried to push him off the road. The police said Frisby tried to lose the driver of the Jeep Liberty, but the driver kept following his every move.
“When I got off exit 7, he hit his brakes and cut from the left lane going toward AC all the way to exit 7 and almost hit me,” he explained.
Frisby said that he was followed by the suspect to Walnut Street in Sicklerville. Frisby got out of his car at his home on Walnut Street and confronted the suspect, who then hit him with his vehicle.
“I was like pinned between the back of my truck and his truck, and then when I fell on the ground, he rolled over top of me and hit the tree,” he said.
Frisby suffered a broken femur and has pins and screws in his hip. There is surveillance footage of the suspect, who has yet to be identified.
