Having a Bucks County pedestrian accident lawyer available to you could prove vital.

Lack of Crosswalk

There was no initial information about where the pedestrian was in this accident. However, news reports indicated that the person was not in a crosswalk at the time of the accident because none existed. This may mean the driver did not see the pedestrian. However, vehicle operators are required to do all they can to avoid striking a person in the street. If they were distracted, impaired, or tired at the time of the accident, that may have slowed down their ability to stop.
