According to NBC10, a medic unit from the Philadelphia Fire Department was traveling eastbound on the 600 block of East Allegheny Avenue when it made a right turn onto the 3100 Block of F Street and struck a female pedestrian. The woman was walking in the area when the ambulance turned.
