The Evesham Township Police and other emergency personnel were dispatched to the area of Evesboro Medford Road and Tenby Lane on Monday around 10:20 pm for the report of a motor vehicle accident. Upon arrival, officers found an injured man, treated him at the scene, and transported him via ambulance to Virtua Marlton. The man died of his injuries at the hospital.

A preliminary investigation found that the man was riding a mini-bike and collided with a van driven by a 64-year-old woman from Palmyra, New Jersey. The collision occurred at the intersection of Evesboro Medford Road and Tenby Lane. The female driver was not injured in the crash. The mini-bike was westbound on Evesboro Medford Road and the van was turning left onto Tenby Lane from the eastbound lanes of Evesboro Medford Road.
