The Warminster Township Police reported that an accident took place on Street Road on Wednesday night that forced the closure of the roadway for several hours. The incident took place at around 6:50 p.m. along the 600 block of East Street Road. They closed down the roadway between Centennial Road and Davisville Road in Bucks County for the investigation.
Initial information, though limited, indicated that two vehicles were involved in the crash and that there was one possible fatality. The accident involved a Toyota vehicle and a Ford pickup truck. It is not clear if someone lost their life or what the condition of the other person involved was at the time of the initial report.
Car Crash Causes
Every roadway has the potential of being the scene for a deadly accident, especially when drivers are reckless, fatigued, or impaired behind the wheel. Distracted driving remains one of the most common causes of accidents in the state. It often involves drivers using cell phones, eating while behind the wheel, or daydreaming instead of focusing on the roadway.
Car crashes occur for other reasons as well, including mechanical failures and poor road conditions. It is not clear what caused this accident just yet. For victims, proving you were not at fault can be challenging.
