Woman Injured in Philadelphia Car Crash

A motor vehicle crash took place near the Civic Center Boulevard in Philadelphia on a recent afternoon. Police and medics were called to the scene and found a victim with trauma to the right hip from the collision. The driver was taken to the CHOP Emergency Room after the accident.

Police reported that the victim did not lose consciousness and was able to be removed from the vehicle, but was in significant discomfort following the accident. Very little information about the accident itself was provided, including how many vehicles were involved. A follow-up investigation was expected to occur to determine what happened.

Victims Can Seek Full Compensation

There is no insight into who caused this person’s injuries. However, if another person’s negligence contributed, the victim has the right to seek damages for all losses from the at-fault party or their liability insurance. The value of a case like this depends on various factors, including the severity of the injuries and the cause.

In most situations, victims can recover medical bills and lost time at work. There are many situations where pain and suffering are also covered in an accident like this. When you are hurt, keep a log of everything you spend to recover and the losses you have. That can help you build a stronger claim.
