The intersection of Oxford Avenue, Horrocks Street, and Kenwyn Street was the scene of a devastating crash around 3:30 this morning in the Frankford section of the city. Philadelphia police said that a stolen vehicle blew through a stop sign, striking another vehicle, and then went airborne before crashing into a home’s bay window.
